Brett Seither has found a new home.
The former Georgia tight end will reunite with former Georgia staffer-turned-Georgia Tech offensive coordinator Buster Faulkner. He’ll have 1 season of eligibility remaining. Seither, who committed to Georgia over Alabama out of high school, is a native of Clearwater, Florida (Clearwater Central Catholic).
A 3-star recruit out of high school, he did not record any statistics for the Dawgs in 2022. In 2021, he made a pair of catches against FCS Charleston Southern — including his 1st career touchdown — and a catch against Missouri.
As a true freshman in 2019, he played in a pair of games. That was followed by action in 3 games in 2020: Arkansas, Missouri, and Cincinnati in the Peach Bowl. Against the Razorbacks, he recorded a 12-yard catch.
