After hammering Akron 60-10 this past Saturday in its season opener, Auburn will have another tune-up for its impending SEC slate this Saturday against Alabama State.
And the Tigers expect to have 3 players back who either missed or were injured in the game with the Zips.
On Wednesday during his weekly SEC coaches teleconference appearance, Auburn coach Bryan Harsin said that Ladarius Tennison, Jaylin Simpson, and Tar’Varish Dawson Jr. would all be “available” for this week’s game.
Bryan Harsin says Ladarius Tennison, Jaylin Simpson and Tar'Varish Dawson Jr. are "all available" for the Alabama State game.
Says he'll discuss if there are season-ending injuries, but he won't divulge other injury situations this season, apparently.

Simpson, a 6-1, 175-pound sophomore cornerback, played against Akron but left the game in the 1st half with an undisclosed injury
Meanwhile, Tennison, a 5-10, 198-pound sophomore safety, and Dawson, a 5-10, 161-pound freshman wide receiver, were unavailable for the opener, but no reason was given for their absences.
And that might be the norm during the Harsin era, as the new head coach told reporters Wednesday that he’ll only discuss season-ending injury situations with the media.
