WATCH: Bumper Pool refuses to be denied during Arkansas spring drill

Arkansas may not have had a ton of highlights on the field last season but one bright side on the defensive side of the ball was the emergence of true freshman linebacker Bumper Pool.

The Texas native arrived on campus prepared to contribute immediately and did just that for the Razorbacks, participating in 10 games and starting four contests in John Chavis’ defense. In addition to his role on defense, Pool also excelled on special teams and landed on the SEC Academic Honor Roll.

Entering his second season of college football, Pool appears to be a man possessed on the practice field and certainly looks like a breakout candidate on The Hill.
