During Tuesday’s weekly press conference, Tennessee coach Butch Jones said Curt Maggitt’s ‘freakish’ hip injury suffered during the Oklahoma loss would sideline the senior linebacker indefinitely.

The news is potentially devastating to a defense that has already lost two starters in the secondary to injuries.
Maggitt tallied a team-best 11 sacks last season and made 15 tackles behind the line of scrimmage.
