Caden Jones, 2023 OT from New Orleans, announces SEC commitment at All-American Bowl

Caden Jones will play in the SEC. The offensive tackle from New Orleans announced his commitment to Florida during Saturday’s All-American Bowl, airing live on NBC.

Jones, a De La Salle standout, picked up 26 scholarship offers during his recruitment. He narrowed it down to Florida, Texas A&M and Houston heading into Saturday’s announcement from the all-star game in San Antonio.

Jones is listed at 6-8, 325 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Jones is rated 3-stars, the No. 20 Louisiana product, No. 36 offensive tackle and No. 493 prospect overall nationally in the 2023 recruiting class.

Jones joins a Florida class with 20 high school signees and 4 pledges from the transfer portal in the first full recruiting cycle for Billy Napier. Jones’ senior season highlights can be viewed below, via Hudl:
