Carson Beck and the Georgia offense quieted their critics on Saturday night with 183 yards in the first quarter and an 11-for-11 passing performance. Beck didn’t throw his first incompletion under he completed 14 straight.
Beck found Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint and Rara Thomas for touchdowns as they quickly built a 14-0 lead by the end of the first quarter against upstart Kentucky. The Bulldogs appeared ready to silence the dark horse Cats and improve to 6-0. Georgia has won 22 straight overall, and 13 straight in this series.
Most importantly, Georgia avoided another slow start after they stumbled out of the gate against South Carolina and Auburn.
By 3 minutes into the second quarter, Georgia already churned out 242 yards as the UK defense provided little resistance.
Here’s a sample of the reaction:

85.7% success rate in 14 snaps for Georgia’s offense to start this game. Mike Bobo’s opening script is delivering the goods. Carson Beck is locked in, switching up snap counts, and hitting Kentucky with passes when they’re looking for runs.
