CBS Sports’ latest 2022 NFL Mock Draft features 12 SEC stars going in Round 1

Now that the NFL Combine is behind us, the Pro Day season is in full swing.
As more schools host their Pro Days, we’re getting more and more mock drafts coming out.
On Monday, CBS Sports analyst Ryan Wilson released his updated 2-round mock draft, and as you can see below, he has 12 SEC standouts going in Round 1:
- No. 5 — Evan Neal, OL, Alabama — New York Giants
- No. 6 — Charles Cross, OL, Mississippi State — Carolina Panthers
- No. 7 — Travon Walker, DL, Georgia — New York Giants
- No. 12 — Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU — Minnesota Vikings
- No. 16 — Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia — Philadelphia Eagles
- No. 17 — Kenyon Green, OL, Texas A&M — Los Angeles Chargers
- No. 18 — Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss — New Orleans Saints
- No. 20 — Jordan Davis, DL, Georgia — Pittsburgh Steelers
- No. 25 — Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama — Buffalo Bills
- No. 26 — Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas — Tennessee Titans
- No. 27 — Devonte Wyatt, DL, Georgia — Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- No. 31 — Roger McCreary, CB, Auburn — Cincinnati Bengals
