Arkansas coach Chad Morris had updates on a pair of injured players during his press conference on Monday.

Morris said that tight end Jeremy Patton will miss Saturday’s game against Alabama and that running back Devwah Whaley is “day to day at this point.”

“We’re just going to take it week to week right now,” Morris said of Whaley.

Patton sustained an ankle injury early during the Razorbacks’ loss to Texas A&M this past Saturday. He has five receptions for 45 yards this season, but caught no passes in the loss to the Aggies.

Whaley missed the game against Texas A&M due to a concussion. He has 53 carries for 231 yards and two touchdowns this season.

It is unclear if Whaley will return to the field for Saturday’s game against the Crimson Tide.

Arkansas and No. 1 Alabama are set to kick off at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
