Chicago rookie Eddie Jackson says Alabama camp harder than NFL camp

There’s a growing trend that playing in the SEC West — at least for two schools — is more difficult than the NFL.
The latest opinion comes from former Alabama safety Eddie Jackson now playing with the Chicago Bears.

Jackson’s comment followed former LSU running back Leonard Fournette, now playing with the Jacksonville Jaguars, who said the NFL is “slower,” and “really easy.”
Jackson is competing for a job at free safety for the Bears. He had a tackle and returned two kicks for 13 yards in Thursday’s preseason game against Denver.
Jackson was picked in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft after he played in 41 games with 37 starts in four seasons at Alabama. Jackson set the Alabama record for career interception return yards with 303 on nine interceptions as he returned three for touchdowns. His 2016 season ended last year against Texas A&M when he suffered a broken left leg.
