Chiefs players surprise Andy Reid with unorthodox Christmas gift

Andy Reid had to wait a long time to win the final game of the season as a head coach.

He finally did it with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2019-20, defeating the San Francisco 49ers, 31-20 in the Super Bowl. What did he do right after? He ate a cheeseburger.

So it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise when Kansas City’s players gave Reid a cheeseburger in a box as a Christmas gift following the Chiefs’ 24-10 win over Seattle Saturday afternoon.

Reid has a lot to be happy about other than the cheeseburger. The Chiefs are 12-3 on the season and sit at 2nd place in the AFC behind only the Buffalo Bills. Kansas City is looking to make it back to the Super Bowl for the 3rd time in the past 4 years.

Maybe Reid can have another one after this year’s Super Bowl.
