Chris Cole is ready to make his college decision. After picking up scholarship offers from 26 schools, the elite linebacker from Virginia has narrowed things down to 6 teams ahead of his big announcement this weekend.

Georgia and Tennessee made the final 6 for Cole. The blue-chip prospect is also considering Miami, Penn State, USC and Virginia Tech. Cole will have 1 team celebrating some big news on Sunday.

A Salem standout, Cole is listed as measuring 6-3 and 210 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Cole is rated 4-stars, the No. 1 player in Virginia, No. 6 linebacker and No. 56 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Cole visited the teams contending for his commitment while he was on summer vacation. He documented his trips to Athens and Knoxville on social media, sporting jersey No. 9 for visit photos with both teams.
