Chris Doering thinks that the wrong team is an underdog when it comes to Texas A&M-Tennessee.

Doering gave his take on which team should be favored Friday on Pregaming the SEC. He thinks the Aggies could do something similar to what Georgia did against Tennessee last season.

Tennessee is currently favored by three points in Knoxville.

“I feel like in just the matchup and watching Georgia play against the Tennessee offense last year, how physical they were able to be and how much trouble that give the offense,” said Doering. “Not only the ability to run the ball, but pressure on the quarterback and how that disrupted the pass game.”

Tennessee has the best rushing offense in the SEC. However, the Aggies have the best run defense in the conference. It will be a classic strength on strength matchup. Is Doering right or will Jimbo Fisher’s struggles on the road continue?

“This is a Tennessee offense that is No. 1 in the conference in the running the football. They’re 14th in the conference when it comes to throwing the football. They’re going up against a Texas A&M defense that’s No. 1 against the run. “This is a classic strength on strength matchup. I don’t see them being able to consistently run the ball against Texas A&M’s defense. You haven’t been able to consistently throw the football down the field like this Josh Heupel offense is known to do. I think the wrong team’s favorited here.”

Kickoff will be at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
