Keys will have 3 seasons of eligibility remaining. In Keys’ first 2 seasons, he played in just 5 games. Keys made just 3 appearances as a freshman in 2020. In 2021, his season was cut short after 2 games due to injury. The 2020 season does not count against his eligibility due to the NCAA’s COVID-19 waiver and he can take a redshirt for 2021.
This past season, Keys made 10 appearances for the Hoosiers. He made his first-career start when Indiana faced Michigan and recorded a pass breakup. Keys had 15 total tackles on the season, including 10 solo stops.
Out of high school, Keys picked up scholarship offers from Indiana and Jackson State.
