Former Cincinnati QB Luke Wright will be transferring to Kentucky.
Wright made the decision to leave Cincinnati in favor of joining former Bearcats offensive coordinator Eddie Gran at Kentucky final on Friday, according to a report from Kentucky.com.
He was redshirt freshman for the Bearcats in the 2015 season and will be required to sit out the 2016 season at Kentucky.
Wright played in four games for Cincinnati during the 2015 season, all as a reserve.
The Wildcats are looking to replenish their quarterback depth after the offseason departures of Patrick Towles and Reese Phillips.
Sophomore Drew Barker is expected to start for Kentucky next season.
