Alabama and Georgia are set to meet for the SEC Championship on Saturday. The game will have massive College Football Playoff implications for the Crimson Tide, who will seal their spot in the Top 4 with a win over the top-ranked Bulldogs. There are many that feel that even a close loss could open up an interesting discussion within the playoff committee.

While the Bulldogs are favored in the matchup thanks in part to the country’s top defense, the Tide’s offense can’t be overlooked, even though it eked out a win in the Iron Bowl at Auburn. It should be an appealing matchup between Kirby Smart and Nick Saban at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta — and it’s entirely possible the 2 teams could meet again in the Playoff.

On Monday, Clay Travis dove into the matchup and discussed his pick to win, and by how much.

“I like Georgia, and I like Georgia by double digits,” he said. “I think the Bulldogs are going to completely stifle Alabama on the offensive side of the ball. I’m not sold with Alabama’s ability to block very well. They can’t run the football. I think Georgia is going to stifle them completely.”
