College football fans were treated to an all-time classic game on Saturday night.

The No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs and No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide were locked in a back-and-forth affair after the game looked to be getting out of hand in the 1st half.

The Tide led 30-7 at halftime, but the Bulldogs dominated in the 2nd half, outscoring the Tide 27-11. Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, the comeback fell just short, and the Tide escaped with a 41-34 win.

Social media erupted after the performance, calling the game an instant classic and labeling it Game of the Year already.

It was definitely a wild game that no college football fan will forget about any time soon.

For the Tide, the team will next travel to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt. The Bulldogs will next take on Auburn and look to get back on a winning track.
