The final College Football Playoff have been revealed.
The selection committee finalized the bracket for the 12-team Playoff on Sunday afternoon. It was a dramatic reveal for numerous teams who didn’t know their fate coming into the selection show. Alabama, Notre Dame, Miami, Duke and James Madison were all hopeful to be included, but there was only so much room left in the bracket.

The SEC led all conference with 5 teams who qualified for the College Football Playoff this year. Georgia won the SEC and received a first-round bye. Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Oklahoma and Alabama all received at-large berths.
The Big Ten put 3 teams into the CFP this season: Indiana, Ohio State and Oregon. Both the Buckeyes and Hoosiers earned first-round byes.
The Big 12’s champion, Texas Tech, comfortably made the field and will also get a bye in the first round of the CFP. The ACC also got one team in — Miami — as an at-large selection. The Hurricanes flipped places with Notre Dame in the final rankings despite both teams being idle during conference championship weekend.
