College football team debuts incredible Joker-themed turnover prop

Are turnover props still a thing? It seems they are as we get the 2023 season started in Week 1.
On Saturday, Liberty took on Bowling Green in its first game of the post-Hugh Freeze era and the Flames are off to a good start.
But we’re not here to discuss the play on the field. No, we’re here to talk about the Flames’ new turnover prop — a Joker mask and wig:

Yikes. That’s certainly … unique. But it seems the Liberty players are responding to it, which is the entire point of these turnover props, after all.
We’ll see if Liberty can continue to find success after Freeze left for Auburn this past offseason. New coach Jamey Chadwell turned Coastal Carolina into one of the top Group of 5 teams in the country at his last stop. If he continues the positive momentum at Liberty, a Power 5 job could be in his near future.
