College GameDay celebrity guest picker revealed for Week 3 at Appalachian State

Country music signer Luke Combs, best known for “Beer Never Broke My Heart”, has been selected as the College GameDay celebrity guest picker for the Week 3 matchup between Appalachian State and Troy.
Combs attended the university and was born and raised in North Carolina, so there’s no question as to who he is picking to win this one. And the Mountaineers are a great choice after they pulled off an upset over Texas A&M last week, defeating the Aggies 17-14 at Kyle Field.

App State and Troy are set to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 17 in Boone, North Carolina.
