College head coach flagged after trucking ref on sideline

The 2020 season was always going to be a weird one, but Saturday gave us another bizarre occurrence that no one could have seen coming.
Speaking of not seeing things coming, one unlucky official didn’t see TCU coach Gary Patterson barreling down the sideline on Saturday afternoon.
As you can see below, Patterson accidentally plows into the sideline official and draws a flag for sideline interference for his efforts:

That’s not something we see very often, if at all. Currently, TCU is leading Texas 23-21 late in the third quarter, so Patterson will have to avoid any additional penalties that could hurt the Horned Frogs.
