Connor Bazelak was Mizzou’s starting quarterback most of the 2021 season, but with Brady Cook, Tyler Macon and incoming freshman Sam Horn joining the QB room in 2022, Bazelak decided to enter the transfer portal.
Now, he’s exploring his transfer options, and it seems he has interest in a Big Ten program.
Per Kevin Brockway, Bazelak is paying a visit to Indiana this week. The Hoosiers lost starting QB Michael Penix Jr. to Washington this offseason:
Told that former Missouri QB Connor Bazelak is visiting IU campus this week. Bazelak passed for 2,548 yards with 16 TDs and 11 interceptions for the Tigers in 2021 #iufb

Bazelak threw for 2,540 yards, 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 2021. He completed 65.2% of his passes.
We’ll see where he ends up next, but it seems the Hoosiers have some interest in potentially bringing him in for 2022 and beyond.
