It turns out Tua Tagovailoa may very well be able to throw with his Alabama teammates in Tuscaloosa one last time.

How’s that?

Well, Alabama was scheduled to hold its upcoming Pro Day event in Tuscaloosa on March 24 but with the concerns over coronavirus growing, the school has decided it is in its best interest to hold off the NFL from descending on the campus until April.

The Crimson Tide are now set to hold the Pro Day on April 9 according to Field Yates of ESPN.

If you were unaware, Tagovailoa was not scheduled to throw at the Alabama Pro Day but was scheduled to hold his own Pro Day event on April 9 — provided he’s healthy enough to perform. All indications up to this point are Tagovailoa will be good to go for the event.

Now that both dates align, the Pro Day will become must-watch television for a whole new reason as Tagovailoa will likely be on display firing passes to Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs one final time.

Credit Alabama for making the best of the situation and not forcing NFL teams to travel to Tuscaloosa twice in the coming weeks. Considering the decrease in travel that’s likely to be coming over the next few weeks, the NFL likely appreciates this news.
