College GameDay co-hosts Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit had some thoughts on today’s SEC Championship Game between No. 1 Alabama and No. 15 Florida during this morning’s segment from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Though the two have contrasting opinions about the level of competition we can expect to see, they both agree on one thing: the Crimson Tide are the clear favorite.

“The only way Florida can win is if Alabama plays its worst game ever under Nick Saban, and Florida plays its best game ever in its school history,” Corso said.

Herbstreit was a little nicer to UF, which enters the game as massive 24-point underdogs.

“Florida will come into this game with its hair on fire, and I think it’s a close game,” he said. “They don’t have the offense to win this game, but they have the defense to stay in this game. They’ve gotta contain Jalen Hurts and the quarterback run game. I think it’s much closer than people think.

“Everything’s gotta go Florida’s way, and their defense will keep them in the game.”

Tune in for the kickoff at 4 p.m. ET on CBS.
