Not that long ago, Florida was favored to beat Oklahoma in the 2020 Cotton Bowl but it didn’t take long for that to change.

When the betting line was initially released for the upcoming New Year’s Six bowl game, the SEC East champions were favored over the Big 12 champs by three points.

However, following opt-outs from Florida’s All-American tight end Kyle Pitts, which was followed by receivers Kadarius Toney and Trevon Grimes, in addition to defensive back Marco Wilson, and the news that Gator receiver Jacob Copeland was out due to COVID, the line has significantly shifted come game day.

With the Cotton Bowl set to kick off in a few hours, the Sooners are currently favored by seven points against Florida.

The game is set to begin at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN from Arlington, Texas.

That’s got to be the biggest point spread swing we see this bowl season.
