Alabama football is very popular throughout the southeast. The demand for tickets for the 2023 season on Stubhub are proof of that.
A Stubhub press release confirmed that the Crimson Tide were the most popular among the ticket sales. The other SEC teams who made the list were Tennessee, Georgia, Auburn, and Texas A&M.
These are the teams who were the top 10 most in-demand tickets:
- No. 1: Alabama
- No. 2 Michigan
- No. 3: Notre Dame
- No. 4: Penn State
- No. 5 Tennessee
- No. 6: Georgia
- No. 7: Auburn
- No. 8: Florida State
- No. 9: Texas A&M
- No. 10: Colorado
There will be a new face taking snaps under center for the Crimson Tide this season. Bryce Young is now in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers.
The likes of Jalen Milroe, Ty Simpson, and Notre Dame transfer Tyler Buchner are competing for the job. Greg McElroy reported that fans could even see freshman Dylan Lonergan, comparing the young QB to Tua Tagovailoa.
The expectations are high for the Crimson Tide after finishing the 2022 campaign at 11-2.
Some of the ranked matchups on the schedule for Alabama this season include No. 11 Texas (Sept. 9), No. 22 Ole Miss (Sept. 23), No. 23 Texas A&M (Oct. 7), No. 12 Tennessee (Oct. 21), and No. 5 LSU (Nov. 4).
There is plenty to be excited about when it comes to Alabama football in 2023.
