Cuonzo Martin confirms date, location of Michael Porter Jr.’s much-discussed doctor’s appointment

The big question regarding Missouri basketball right now is, of course, the status of Michael Porter Jr. According to his head coach, more information will be known in a week’s time.
Cuonzo Martin met with the Mizzou media Friday and confirmed once and for all that Porter’s Dallas doctor’s appointment will take place Thursday. The appointment will take place in Dallas, not in Missouri, as previously reported.
According to Martin, the information provided by the doctor will shed more light on Porter’s status for this season. Porter has not played since the first week of the season.
