Former Alabama wide receiver and current Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney recently sat down with ESPN and went in-depth on his first collegiate job offer from Crimson Tide head coach Gene Stallings, who agreed to pay him a salary of $38,000 as a rookie assistant in 1996.
