Damone Clark has impressed NFL scouts, and appears to be headed toward the NFL Draft. In a letter to Tiger Nation, Clark wrote on social media to thank his family, teammates, coaches and trainers.

“My time at Louisiana State University has been nothing short of amazing!,” he wrote. “… As I move forward, I hope to have made a positive impact on my teammates and everyone I crossed paths with because you all have impacted me. I look forward to the next chapter.”

Clark is believed to be one of the top inside linebackers in the 2022 NFL Draft class. Clark led LSU with 137 tackles this season as the next closest teammate in tackles with Micah Baskerville with 83. Clark also made 15.5 tackles for a loss, an interception and 3 pass breakups.
