Dan Mullen called out on social media after awful first half at LSU

Dan Mullen and the Florida Gators were expected to go into Baton Rouge and take care of business against a struggling LSU squad on Saturday.
That has not been the case. At halftime, the Tigers actually hold a 21-13 lead over the Gators. Both Florida QBs, Emory Jones and Anthony Richardson, have thrown interceptions.
Meanwhile, the defense has given up some big plays to an LSU offense without its best player in WR Kayshon Boutte.
Add all of that together and you get a Florida fan base that is not too happy with its head coach. Here is some of the reaction on Twitter from fans and media members after the Gators’ lackluster first 2 quarters at LSU:

Dan Mullen bears responsibility on much of this disaster. Emory Jones being this bad in his 4th year in the program is his biggest failure of all, however.

There’s still an entire second half to go. We’ll see if the Gators can avoid a bad loss after the intermission.
