It didn’t take very long for the first zinger of 2021 SEC Media Days.
Dan Mullen hasn’t even addressed the media from the main podium down in Hoover but he was able to lob a quick jab at Kirby Smart and Georgia before taking the stage.
One of the first questions asked of the Florida head coach in Birmingham was about Georgia being the perceived team to beat in the SEC East this preseason.
Mullen’s response was priceless:

Last season, Florida beat Georgia 44-28 in Jacksonville and won the SEC East. That win ended Georgia’s three-game winning streak in the series.
