Dannis Jackson, Ole Miss transfer WR, announces commitment to SEC East team

Dennis Jackson has decided where he’ll continue his college career. The Ole Miss transfer wide receiver confirmed on Twitter that he’s headed to Missouri.

Jackson took an official visit on Saturday morning to Missouri, according to Rivals.com.

The 6-foot-1, 187-pound Jackson was at Ole Miss for 3 seasons before declaring for the transfer portal in September. For his career, Jackson has collected 19 receptions for 324 yards and 2 touchdowns. In 2021, Jackson amassed 12 receptions for 244 and both of his touchdowns.

Jackson has 2 remaining years of eligibility that he can use at Missouri.

The Mississippi native arrived at Ole Miss as a 4-star prospect as well as the No. 10 in-state prospect, the No. 25 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 155 overall recruit in the country.

Missouri posted a 6-7 record this season and will begin the 2023 campaign at home vs. South Dakota on Sept. 2.
