ESPN college football analyst Danny Kanell, who’s known for picking against the SEC, isn’t going to stop now. In fact, it would be a little surprising if the former Florida State quarterback picked an ACC team over an SEC team in the national championship.
However, Kanell is taking the Tigers on Monday because he believes they have the right ingredients to take down Alabama and claim the school’s second national title.
Vegas currently has Alabama as almost a seven-point favorite.
