Davison Igbinosun was a 4-star member of Ole Miss’s 2022 recruiting class and was the No. 1 prospect from the state of New Jersey.

He had a solid freshman season for the Rebels, playing in all 13 games and recording 37 tackles to go with 5 pass breakups.

But after the season, he entered his name in the NCAA transfer portal and now he’s settled on a new home. It was revealed on Twitter on Tuesday that Igbinosun was transferring to the Big Ten to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes:

Igbinosun will have 3 years of eligibility remaining as he heads to Ohio State to continue his college career. We’ll see if he can take the next step as a defensive back now that he’s heading north to play for Ryan Day’s Buckeyes.
