Day after scary hit, Florida RB Dameon Pierce shares update on social media

Florida RB Dameon Pierce took a hard hit to the head during the UF-Auburn game. The nature of the hit had Gators coach Dan Mullen try to challenge for a targeting review, but the officials called that off as a challenge cannot lead to a targeting call.

After the game, Mullen shared, somewhat amusingly, that he wasn’t able to get a read on Pierce’s condition.
Dan Mullen on Dameon Pierce, who left game after taking a shot to the helmet: ‘He’s a little goofy anyway. I just talked to him in the locker room he seems like he always does.’ Said he’ll have update Monday.
