Former Alabama defensive lineman Dee Liner announced via Twitter that he’s transferring to Arkansas State.

Liner announced his intentions to transfer from Alabama February 2. His decision to transfer wasn’t that surprising, considering he’s been rather buried on Alabama’s stacked depth chart.

Interestingly, Liner will join former Tennessee and Auburn assistant coach Trooper Taylor at Arkansas State. Taylor originally received a commitment from Liner when he was at Auburn.
