There’s a great chance that five-star defensive tackle Derrick Brown will sign with an SEC program.

Obviously, with recruiting, you can never write it down in stone, but Brown tweeted out he’ll visit five SEC schools for his five official visits.

UGA has long thought been the favorite for Brown, and he is from Buford, Georgia. But don’t count out Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee or Mississippi State, because UGA already has two defensive tackles committed for 2016 — five-star Julian Rochester and four-star Tyler Clark.

Brown is the No. 9 overall prospect in the country, the Peach State’s top overall player and the No. 3 rated defensive tackle, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
