Details emerge after Texas A&M G T.J. Starks suspended indefinitely

Earlier Thursday, Texas A&M G T.J. Starks was suspended indefinitely by the team for a violation of team rules, and now details have emerged about what may have led to that decision.
Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle reported that Brazos County jail records show Starks was arrested for marijuana possession today, posted $2,000 bond and was released.
Starks hasn’t played this season because of an ankle injury. But this is the second time in two years that Starks has sat out for a violation of team rules.
Starks had an up-and-down sophomore season last year, and played in 27 games with 18 starts. He led the team in assists (94) and averaged 12.3 points per game. He was suspended for one game last season due to a violation of team rules and was benched in other games. He dislocated his right shoulder in the first half for the game at LSU, and missed the remainder of the season.
He may be most remembered last season for hitting the game-winning three at the buzzer to help the Aggies earn their first win at Alabama as SEC opponents.
The Aggies play host to Gonzaga on Friday.
