Devin Booker has become a key part of the Phoenix Suns over the years since he left the Kentucky Wildcats.

Now, the Suns are the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference playoffs, fresh off securing the best overall record in the NBA during the regular season.

But, on Tuesday night in a home loss to the New Orleans Pelicans in Round 1 of the playoffs, Booker suffered a hamstring injury. And, per ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Booker could be out for 2-3 weeks with the Grade 1 strain:

Booker was the Suns’ leading scorer this season, averaging 26.8 points per contest.

Can the Suns get past the Grizzlies (and potentially their Round 2 opponent) without Booker? We’ll find out as the postseason moves along.
