DeVonta Smith crossed another career “first” off the list. Saturday, the former Alabama standout scored the first NFL playoff touchdown of his career.

With 1:21 left in the 1st quarter, Jalen Hurts connected with Smith for a 9-yard pass play. Smith, playing in the second postseason contest of his NFL career, crossed the goal line to extend the Philadelphia Eagles’ lead over the New York Giants to double digits in the first half.

In the second quarter, Smith is the Eagles’ leading receiver, having caught 3-of-5 targets for 47 yards and the touchdown.

It’s all Eagles so far in the NFC Divisional Playoff clash between the rivals. Philadelphia is up 14-0 and driving to potentially add to the lead.

The game is airing on FOX.
