DeVonta Smith spreads Christmas spirit with a shopping spree for New Jersey kids

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith got into the Christmas spirit by doing some Christmas shopping for some local kids in the New Jersey area.

Smith surprised the Staley Park Panthers youth football team with a shopping spree to Dick’s Sporting Goods.
The Alabama rookie had a busy off week. Besides doing some charity work, Smith took the time to do a video for Heisman winner and former Alabama teammate Bryce Young who won the trophy Saturday night.
Smith welcomed Young to the Heisman club in a very touching tribute that was introduced at the end of the ceremony.
As some may recall, Smith won the award last year becoming Alabama’s third Heisman winner.
Veteran journalist Stacey Mickles graduated from the University of Alabama and covers SEC football for Saturday Down South.
