Well, folks. We’ve finally reached November. The air is crisp, and you know what else is crisp? A stack of U.S. currency.
The regular season may be entering its final few weeks, but there’s still plenty of money to be earned as we hit Week 10 of college football and Week 9 of NFL action. This weekend includes some incredible games, including Florida-Georgia and Texas-Vanderbilt in the college ranks and Bills-Chiefs at the pro level.
Every week, our DFS experts — Andrew Olson and Adam Spencer — scour the Underdog app for their favorite plays from college and the NFL. We’ll share their best picks below, but first…

Week 10 CFB Picks
Here’s who the guys like for Saturday’s Week 10 slate:
Andrew Olson
Conner Weigman, Houston QB: Higher than 205.5 pass yards
Weigman is averaging 8.2 yards per attempt on the season, and the number ticks up to 8.7 in conference play. Next up for Houston is West Virginia, one of the worst passing defenses in the Big 12. In conference play, Big 12 squads are averaging 32 attempts for 271.4 yard per game on the Mountaineers.
DJ Lagway, Florida QB: Higher than 32.5 pass attempts
Nobody needs the inside scoop to know the scouting report on the Georgia defense shows a surprising lack of sacks and questions in the secondary. The Gators should throw early and often on Saturday.
Taylen Green, Arkansas QB: Higher than 256.5 pass yards
This looks like a very favorable matchup for Green and the Arkansas passing attack. Green is No. 3 in the SEC, averaging 271.3 passing yards per game against conference opponents. Three of MSU’s last 4 opponents have thrown for 335, 280 and 356 yards.

Carson Beck, Miami QB: Higher than 249.5 pass yards
Miami hits the road to take on SMU this weekend. Carson Beck’s Heisman hype has died down since the start of the season, but he’s still more than capable of putting up big numbers. I think he gets to 250 pass yards on Saturday in the early window.
Brenen Thompson, Mississippi State WR: Higher than 64.5 receiving yards
The Arkansas defense is atrocious. Blake Shapen and company shouldn’t have too much trouble throwing the ball on Saturday. When Mississippi State makes big plays through the air, it’s usually to Brenen Thompson. I predict he’ll have at least 65 yards against Arkansas.
Kewan Lacy, Ole Miss RB: Higher than 95.5 rush yards
I expect Ole Miss to make a statement at home against South Carolina. The Rebels had some bad losses that kept them out of the Playoff last year. This year, they’ve played around with their food a bit too much (like the narrow Washington State win), but no more. I think Lane Kiffin will dial up Lacy’s number early and often and the Rebs will literally run away with a win.
Week 9 NFL Picks
Here are the best plays from Week 9 action around the NFL:
Andrew Olson
Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers QB: Higher than 244.5 pass yards
Herbert did not hit this number last week, but he has shown he’s plenty capable in recent outings. This week, the matchup is favorable. The Titans have issues in the secondary and there are numerous capable pass catchers in Herbert’s supporting cast.
Kareem Hunt, Kansas City Chiefs RB: Higher than 44.5 rush yards
Hunt is in line for a bigger role in the Kansas City backfield and the Chiefs are facing a Buffalo Bills squad that is allowing 5.26 yards per carry on the year so far. It could be a good fantasy day for Hunt.
Adam Spencer
Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers TE: Higher than 59.5 receiving yards
Kraft has been incredible for the Packers this season. Green Bay is 5-1-1 on the season and 3-0 at home. The No. 1 seed in the NFC is very much in play for Kraft and the Packers, so they can’t afford to mess around vs. the Panthers at Lambeau this Sunday.
Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers RB: Higher than 68.5 rush yards
For all the investment the Giants have made in their defensive line, they can’t stop the run. Like, at all. That doesn’t bode well for them with Christian McCaffrey coming to town. I think McCaffrey has a stellar outing to remind us all of what he’s capable of doing.
