Former Arkansas linebacker Dre Greenlaw has signed a 2-year extension with San Francisco.
The new contract, which is reportedly worth $19 million, locks Greenlaw up through the 2024 season.

Greenlaw has been a pleasant surprise for the 49ers since being drafted by San Francisco in the 5th round of the 2019 NFL Draft with the 148th overall pick.
The 6-0, 230-pounder recorded 178 tackles and 2 sacks in his first 2 NFL seasons before injuries limited him to just 3 games a year ago.
So far in 2022, Greenlaw has 13 tackles in the 49ers first 2 games.
Greenlaw had a standout, 4-year career in Fayetteville, as he piled up 321 tackles, 13 tackles for losses, and 4 interceptions for the Razorbacks.
