Former Tennessee starting offensive lineman Drew Richmond announces transfer to USC

Drew Richmond has made his final decision, the offensive lineman will finish out his collegiate career in Los Angeles as a member of the USC Trojans.

The Tennessee native announced his decision on Friday. Soon after the conclusion of the season, Richmond decided to leave Jeremy Pruitt’s program as a graduate transfer.

The 6-foot-5, 316-pound Memphis native started every game for Tennessee last season at right tackle. He made a total of 25 starts for Tennessee in his three seasons on the field. The former five-star recruit and Under Armour All-American picked Tennessee over Ole Miss but he never managed to live up to that hype after redshirting his initial season on Rocky Top.
