Most college football teams are focused on their 2018 recruiting classes at the moment, with National Signing Day rapidly approaching on Wednesday.
However, recruiting never ends, and 2019 recruits are getting some attention this week, too.
On Saturday, 4-star 2019 DE Derick Hunter Jr., a Florida native, announced his top 10 schools, and six SEC squads — Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Auburn and Alabama — made the cut, as you can see in the tweet below:

Those six SEC teams will compete with Oregon, Maryland, Penn State and Miami for the 6-6, 281-pound defensive end’s services.
According to the 247Sports composite, Hunter is the No. 14 strong-side defensive end in the class of 2019 and the No. 29 overall recruit from the state of Florida.
Where he ends up remains to be seen, but there’s a 60 percent chance Hunter plays for an SEC school in 2019 and beyond.
