Alabama has the No. 1 2019 recruiting class at the moment, and the Crimson Tide’s 2020 class is off to a great start, too.

Currently, the Tide have the top 2020 class, and 4-star DT Jayson Jones is a big reason for that, as he’s the No. 1 player in the state of Alabama, per the 247Sports composite.

However, per AL.com, Jones recently had surgery after suffering a knee injury while lifting weights. Fortunately, as you can see below, Jones has shared a photo of his leg after the procedure, and said he’ll be back in action soon:

Jones is the No. 2 defensive tackle in the class of 2020 and the No. 1 overall recruit from the state of Alabama, per 247Sports.

He has been committed to Alabama since July 2 of this year.
