Elite RB prospect Master Teague releases Top 3, plans on playing in the SEC
Middle Tennessee running back Master Teague plans on staying in SEC country. The four-star running back updated his recruitment Wednesday afternoon naming his three finalists among his long list of suitors. The last three standing: Auburn, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Teague is expected to make his final announcement sometime this summer.
In an interesting twist, the Murfreesboro running back didn’t announce the news himself, he allowed his father to do it on Twitter. Master’s father, Dr. Corey Teague, revealed the All-SEC final three via Twitter:
This is our top 3. After this announcement we will go silent for a time except w/ coaches & in-person questions. Thanks for understanding. pic.twitter.com/IkBsJzvAWr

The 5-foot-11, 210-pound Teague is rated as a four-star prospect, the No. 8 overall prospect from Tennessee and the No. 9 running back in the nation by 247Sports. Aside from his three finalists, Teague currently holds offers from Ole Miss, South Carolina and Virginia Tech among many others.
Check out his junior season highlight reel to get an idea of the talent Teague possesses. Upon viewing, his film is somewhat reminiscent of Georgia running back Nick Chubb. Given his list of finalist, there’s a good chance he gets to follow in Chubb’s footsteps in Athens in 2018.
