If Emanuel Hall is going to catch on in the NFL, he’s going to have to do it somewhere else.

Despite his strong showing for Missouri in recent seasons, Hall was not selected in the 2019 NFL Draft but was quickly picked up by the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent. Had Hall been able to stay healthy in college, there’s little doubt he would have been a draft selection but team’s fears that the receiver could not stay healthy were warranted as the rookie was forced to have surgery on his sports hernia this offseason.

Hall has struggled to bounce back from the surgery and that apparently has cost him his job as the Bears have announced they have waived the rookie from Missouri on Tuesday.

During his four years in Columbia, Hall racked up 97 catches for 2,016 yards and 16 touchdowns with most of that production coming in his final three seasons at Missouri.
