Emory Jones had an interception in the first half against LSU on Saturday, but the Florida QB regained some momentum on the final play of the half, launching a 42-yard Hail Mary.

However, on the third play of the second half, Jones once again made a bad decision, throwing a horrible interception that LSU returned for a touchdown.

Here’s the bad interception. That’s a throw that a player with as much experience in Dan Mullen’s system as Jones has simply can’t make:

On the ensuing possession, backup QB Anthony Richardson was in. We’ll see if Jones returns to the game or if this is Richardson’s show from now on.

Many fans and media members are ready for the Gators to move on from Jones. Here’s a look at some of the reaction from Twitter after Jones’ second pick of the day:

Richardson led the Gators to a touchdown, so it might end up being his show from now on.
