Alabama topped the 2016 Preseason Amway Coaches’ Poll Thursday, but ESPN’s Heather Dinich seems to think otherwise. Dinich, who covers the College Football Playoff for the network, went on a Twitter rant claiming that four teams — LSU, Clemson, Florida State and Oklahoma — should be ranked higher.
I don't understand the logic in putting Bama No. 1 right now. I'd have LSU, Clemson, FSU and OU ahead, based on what they have this second.

Of course, this led Alabama fans to flood her mentions with responses.
Oh wait. I forgot. They won LAST year! Oh and they have Nick Saban. #invincible https://t.co/MyAQQYOIBw

I am willing to go on a limb and say Brandon Harris will be good enough — not a superstar — but good enough. https://t.co/t9LmfrbK8v

Nick Saban told us: "People overlooked a lot of stuff w/ us. No experienced QB means nothing. No experienced runner means nothing."

Saban said "I don't have anything to do w/ the Vegas line but I saw that, I mean … how they could not pick [Clemson] to win …"

Saban said, "I don't care who plays for us it ain't gonna be that good." @DeshaunWatson4

I didn't say they won't be good. I said based on what we know other teams have, and Bama Qs, no reason to hand No. 1 https://t.co/HmUx6Srdma

Eventually, Dinich had enough of the Tide fan base.
