Dan Orlovsky spends more of his time at ESPN analyzing NFL games, but he will be part of this weekend’s broadcast team in Baton Rouge for LSU-Tennessee.

The former UConn quarterback joined Paul Finebaum on Saturday and had some very strong thoughts on the Tennessee Volunteers.

No. 8 Tennssee has an absolute grinder of a schedule over the next month with Alabama at home next week, Kentucky at home on October 29 and Georgia on the road at November 5. It’s arguably the toughest stretch that any team in the country will have.

But if Orlovsky is right and the Volunteers can win the next two, Tennessee will have a heck of a case for being ranked as the No. 1 team in the country.

Check out Orlovsky, Todd Blackledge and the rest of the broadcast team for LSU-Tennessee on Saturday at noon ET on ESPN.
